Happy New Year! Join us for our first episode of 2020! Amber tells us the stories of two Haunted Objects. She first covers the story of the Basano Vase, a deadly gift that killed within months of owning it. After that we discuss the Tallman Family Bunkbeds. Were these bunkbeds haunted by a red eyed fire witch? Then join us in our car that is camoflauged to look like a bush, as Jessi tells us about the Loveland frogmen. These frogs could be Amber's new DnD character. We hope you like bad frog puns!

 

Join us for out first ever Christmas Episode. We start the episode with a Christmas fun fact, before Amber tells us all about the legend of Krampus. Does Krampus have a prosthetic hoof? What is he planning on doing with all those sticks? Then Jessi tells us two Christmas ghost stories. First we discuss the Headless horseman of Roos Hall. Then we move on to the romance novel portion of the episode, as Jessi tells us about the Mistletoe Bride. Was she just trying to play hide and sleep or was she trying to run away with Santa? This week we present you with the freshest possible episode! First Amber tells us the story of Anna Baker's wedding dress. A story fit for a romance novel, with a dash of pettiness. Then Grab your iron cell phone and follow us to Villisca, Iowa where Jessi tells us about the famous Villisca Axe Murders and the now haunted house.  

Join us for our Haunted Japan panel part 2! This week we tell the stories we didn't have time for at our amazing Youmacon 2019 panel. Plus Amber shares a story she did tell at the panel but wanted to tell again. We talk about the Onryo, Kuchisake-Onna, Kanashibari, the Curse Kleenex Commercial and Zashiki-Warashi. Can you divorce a ghost by cleansing it? Find out!

This week Jessi and Amber bring you a portion of their Youmacon 2019 Panel, Haunted Japan. This was recorded before the panel and before they spent 2 hours in the room practicing how to pronounce everything. This episode is focused on five Japanese legends. The Marble Forest tells the stories of the Kappa, Kokkuri-San, Teke Teke, Hanako-San and Aka Manto. 

The Marble Forest is back, after a week hiatus! This week Jessi takes us to Council Bluffs, Iowa. We visit the Squirrel Cage Jail, one of the last of it's kind. This jail was meant for maximum security and minimal attention, or maybe it's just a lazy susan for prisoners. Was this jail the inspiration for tea cup? Which prisoner will be the next fashionista? We then travel all the way to Suffolk England, where Amber tells us the tale of the green children of Woolpit. Where did the children come from and what makes them so green? Don't eat to many green beans or you might turn green next!

This week Amber tells us the story of the Devil's Tower in Alpine New Jersey. Is this story just the sad version of the movie Tangled? We discuss the origins of the tower and the legends that surround it. Can you summon the devil when visiting the tower? Then Jessi tells us the story of the Hoia Baciu Forest in Romania. Jessi tells us about the The Romanian Sphere of Death, where people experience missing time. Is there a Peter Pan situation going on here? Is it Aliens? Is it Ghosts? what is happening in this forest? Tune in to find out!

This week we go back to shorter episodes while we prepare for our first panel at a convention. Jessi goes firsts and tells us about her trip to Seattle, where she toured the location of her story, The Seattle Underground. We get a fun history lesson of Seattle and find out why their toilets used to be 3 feet off the ground. Then Amber tells us the tragic story of Hammond Circus Train Wreck, and the possibly haunted Showman's Rest in Forest Park, Illinois. Are their elephants haunting the cemetery?

This week Amber tells us about an actual danger noodle. She tells us about the Tatzelwurm, a cryptid from the Alps. We discuss the creatures bizarre appearance and the bizarre sightings that creature the creatures lore. Then Jessi reads us the entire plot of Full House, before telling us about The Queen Ann Hotel in San Francisco, California. This is a hotel that really embraces the seasons, and was previously home to a boarding school making girls who don't need no man. Selfie Stick your way around this instagramable hotel and we'll tell you all about this interesting place.
